Overview

We specialize in providing digital services, including WordPress development, Elementor customization, Search Engine Optimization, and Search Engine Advertising. Please note that we do not offer any physical products; all our services are delivered digitally.

Subscription Model

  • Monthly Payments: Our services operate on a monthly subscription basis. Clients pay a recurring monthly fee to access our services.
  • Advance Payment: The subscription fee covers services for one calendar month in advance.

Cancellation Policy

Client-Initiated Cancellation

  • Flexibility: Clients may cancel their subscription at any time if they are not satisfied.
  • Service Continuation: Upon cancellation, we will continue to provide services for the remainder of the paid month.

90-Day Grace Period

  • Eligibility: If a client informs us via email about financial difficulties leading to cancellation, they are eligible for a 90-day grace period.
  • Service Maintenance: During this period, we will keep their online infrastructure live.
  • Reactivation Opportunity: Clients can reactivate their subscription within these 90 days without any data loss.

Cancellation Without Communication

  • Data Backup: If a client cancels without emailing us:
    • We will back up their WordPress website using the All In One WP Migration plugin.
    • We will also back up their emails.
  • Data Delivery: All backups will be sent via TransferNow to the client’s registered email address. It is then the responsibility of the client to download their own backup, within 7 days, as TransferNow does not store data for a very long time. 

No Physical Returns

  • Digital Services Only: Since we provide only digital services, there are no physical products to return upon cancellation.
